Issue # 36 – Understanding your ‘X’ Files

I hope you appreciated our last session on waiting. I pray you are able to achieve all the things that you have been waiting on for a while. Well as you know we cannot hang up there. It’s time to move on again.

There are times things go on and we need to take a closer look and see what’s really happening. This is because of something not functioning properly or pain being experienced. The only way to get to the bottom of it is to go through a certain procedure.

This is better known and used in the medical field but not that foreign that we cannot understand it. Our series A- Z takes another step and looks into the letter 'X'. You don’t have to stand that far off, come a little closer.

OK, you are now ready to take your 'x-ray'. Today it’s time to take a closer look at some of the files in your system.

1. Radiograph, picture
2. A photograph taken with x-rays.

According to , “it is a photograph or image obtained through the use of x-rays. An x-ray is taken when an image of internal body structures (such as bones or organs) is needed to diagnose disease or determine the extent of injuries.

X rays are electromagnetic radiation that differentially penetrates structures within the body and creates images of these structures on photographic film or a fluorescent screen. These images are called diagnostic x rays.

Diagnostic x rays are useful in detecting abnormalities within the body. They are a painless, non-invasive way to help diagnose problems such as broken bones, tumors, dental decay, and the presence of foreign bodies”.

What’s really been going on inside your life? As you may have heard at times where people have been experiencing reoccurring pain only to find out they had a broken or dislocated bone. You must realize that pain is your friend and not your enemy.

As you feel pain in your body, it is sending the signal that something is wrong. How and when you respond to this determines your well being.

A lot of times you cannot determine from the outside what is really going on inside so you have to look deeper to get to the root of the problem. An x-ray is done to reveal this. It gives you a behind the scenes picture.

Maybe you have been experiencing some pain or heartache from life and cannot understand what is really happening. Life’s x-ray machine, God can help you with that. “But there is a God in heaven that revealeth secrets,” Daniel 2:28 (KJV). He shines light on the issue and matters that are affecting your health and well being. In addition to that he also has the power to make you whole.

Even if you are in perfect condition as you read this, let me tell you that you can still use and apply God’s word to your life to maintain your health cause prevention is still better than cure.

Are you ready to face eternity? If you have not accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour of your life and desire to make that commitment now please repeat the following prayer:

Lord Jesus be merciful to me a sinner. I realize that I have sinned against you and come short of your glory. I confess that Jesus Christ is Lord and I believe in my heart that God has raised him from the dead. I pray for your forgiveness and ask that you save me now and accept me into your kingdom. Give me eternal life today.
In Jesus Name, Amen.

Coming next………………letter ‘Y’
Take care until…......and God Bless ya
